Very difficult question because there are several.
But one in particular, the "Celebration Of The Arts" for Northeastern Illinois University because the University was so passionate about their mission, and the project involved the majority of my skills: strategic planning, vision, creativity, management, planning, teaching, leading multi-tiered committees, coaching, etc. Also, this was a three step project: 1. visualizing what "could be"; 2. consulting on "how such a major project could be managed"; and, 3. the implementating phase of this massive vision (or the meeting planning phase)! The ultimate strategy and goals were achieved! What an awesome feeling to know that you transformed a thought into reality for an organization!
I enjoy long-term relationships with clients and I truly admire those that are passionate about their mission!
