You have a "gut" feeling you want to try something new and you go with the opportunities that are presented to you. This is the only way I know how to describe it.
For example, I wanted to be in a "leadership" role....I did not know the exact "title" or "position" but I knew I had alot of creativity and vision, so I went for a Master's degree. I didn't know that I would spend the next 14 years in school administration. Then, I was exhausted and wanted a change. I knew I wanted to be a business owner....I didn't know I would end up in the meeting planning world....you just go with your gut and the opportunities that are presented to you!
And if you don't enjoy a career you are currently in, there are hundred's of others to choose from!
